Making the commitment to celebrate life together and to reaffirm your love is worthy to be celebrated with ceremony – the perfect opportunity to give voice to your ongoing commitment to publicly declare your love and commitment for another
Commitment, Vow renewal, Reaffirmation, or Anniversary Ceremony are not subject to legal requirement which really creates unlimited options and ideas to create a profoundly moving experience.
Renewal of Vows:
Whether you have been married for a length of time that should be celebrated, or you simply wish to affirm your love, a Ceremony can strengthen your relationship, giving a voice to what has been unsaid.

For this I assure you of my commitment to give you my time and expertise, creative ideas, prompts, guides, and assurance to shake the nerves and ensure you are both fully immersed in creating your own unique celebration – that reflects YOU.
Commitment Ceremonies:
Just like a renewal of vows a ceremony of commitment, Love, or Life Union, can be held with (or without) all the bells & whistles, tuxedos & gowns, or stripped back to the simplicity of a back yard gathering – and all without the formal marriage.
In addition, if you reside in NSW, and want to register your relationship, you can under the Relationships Register Act 2010 (NSW), and so subject to eligibility, your “commitment relationship”, can be registered at the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages (see eligibility on BDM website). Even if you don’t qualify for NSW registration or are not concerned with the legalities of that registration, we can still prepare a wonderful Ceremony.
Naming Ceremony
$450
The birth of a child is a joyous occasion, and a naming ceremony is a lovely way of welcoming a precious new life into your circle of family and friends. Baby naming ceremonies are appropriate for :
The arrival of a new baby
Celebrating in conjunction with a 1st birthday
Uniting of step or adopted children within a family
Unification of blended families
Adult name changes
One of the wonderful things about a naming ceremony is that there are no ‘rules’; there is no right or wrong way to conduct a ceremony.
Your ceremony may involve just one person, a few people or a gathering of your family and friends. It may be a simple dedication or as extravagant as you can imagine. You may wish to recount stories and milestones or tell of the dreams and hopes you have for a child’s future. Poems, readings, and quotes of personal significance can also be used throughout the ceremony.
A naming ceremony for a child involves the important people in that child's life: family and special friends. Parents can ask other adults to take a supportive role through childhood to adult life. As part of this, the parents may wish to appoint Guardians for their child. Today there are many terms used to symbolise these special people. They can be known as godparents, guardians, guide parents, earth parents, mentors, or supporters. All, however, have the same meaning of being a support to your child throughout their life.
Often a symbolic gesture is also made such as the lighting of a candle or planting a tree. In addition, certificates are presented to parents and other special people as a record of the occasion. While the ceremony and commemorative certificate don't have any legal status, they are a wonderful way to welcome your child and celebrate them as they begin their journey through life or highlight another special occasion.
It will bring me joy to help you with your special occasion. We will work together structuring a ceremony that best embraces what is important to you. My commitment is to give you my time and expertise, creative ideas and ensure you are fully immersed in creating your own unique celebration
Funeral and Memory
$450
The deep loss of a loved one is perhaps one of the most emotionally challenging times in anyone’s life. And whilst navigating these emotions, at the heart is a desire to honour the person’s life.
As a celebrant, my role is to listen and understand your needs and to make every ceremony I conduct the most positive experience it can possibly be to honour the end of your loved one’s earthly presence
Whether it is a funeral, memorial service or scattering of the ashes – your chosen ceremony should represent is a symbolic means of expressing your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings about the death of a loved one. The purpose of this style of ceremony gives testimony to the life of your loved one and encourages the expression of grief in a way consistent you’re your culture's values.
Your choice in ceremony provides the opportunity to support grieving family and friends in their acknowledgement of the reality of death and to experience the bereavement and loss,.
Most importantly it is also a tribute to honour and remember the person who has passed and allow a time and place to think about the moments shared in their lifetime.
A farewell ceremony is personal and should be designed to resonate with you, your family members, friends, and those who are important to you. You should feel encouraged to tap into the power of ceremony on your journey through grief.
There’s no rulebook when planning a farewell ceremony, so whether you are seeking the familiarity and comfort of a traditional funeral ceremony or choosing to craft scattering of the ashes farewell, or memorial, I will be with you every step of the way to guide you in making beautiful, informed choices.
It would be my honour to help you create a farewell that honours your beliefs and the precious memories of your loved one
